The developer, Solon Eiendom AS, envisioned a new neighborhood with over 400 apartments, conveniently situated near the Ski station on the Follo line. But here's where it gets interesting: this project is regulated by Code Arkitekter/Civitas, ensuring a harmonious and well-planned urban space.
A Collaboration of Architectural Giants:
A-lab, a renowned architectural firm, was invited to design one of the four distinctive point buildings surrounding the historic Magasin buildings. These buildings once belonged to a military area, adding a layer of historical significance to the project. The other three point buildings were designed by equally impressive architectural offices: Reilulf Ramstad, R21, and Code, creating a diverse and captivating architectural ensemble.
The Ski Tower boasts an impressive 4300 square meters of space and was completed in 2022. The surrounding outdoor areas, designed by Dronninga Landskap, enhance the beauty of the entire district.
